I'm in the Continental US. When will I receive my order and how will it ship?
Most US orders ship from our warehouse in Bolingbrook, IL and typically ship via UPS or FedEx Ground although some items may ship via other methods or from our San Francisco headquarters. Brondell will process all orders as quickly as possible and within 1 to 4 business days as processing currently takes a bit longer with current shelter in place orders in effect. After order processing is complete, standard shipping may take from 1-6 business days for delivery.
Please be aware that your tracking number may not immediately be valid or show any movement on the shipment. Sometimes UPS or Fedex may only show a “label created” status at the early stages of the shipment. This is normal and the tracking status will usually update within 24-48 hours once the shipment is scanned and updated in their system. If it is a weekend, then please wait until Monday to check the tracking number for status update. If your tracking status has not changed in 4 - 5 business days from, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist in tracking your order. At this time, all carriers are experiencing delays and it may take longer to receive any packages; Brondell will not be shipping any replacements for orders until at least 5 business days after shipment to allow time for carriers to deliver.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
If you need your product(s) delivered sooner, expedited shipping is available upon checkout but the processing time will still take between 1-2 business days depending on the time of day your order was placed. We provide the tracking information once the product has shipped so you will always know the status of your order.
PLEASE NOTE: Brondell does not ship direct to PO boxes of any kind in the USA or Canada, as these units do not have adequate means for delivery, storage, or pickup.
When will I receive tracking information?
Brondell will email you an order confirmation immediately after your order has been placed and we follow up with another email with tracking information once your order has shipped. You can login to your account anytime to check the status of your order.
Do you require a signature upon delivery?
In some cases, we may need a signature at time of delivery. If you are unavailable to sign and receive shipment after 3 attempts and the shipping carrier returns the order, you will be responsible for all restocking fees and shipping charges on products that are returned to our warehouse.
I'm in Alaska or Hawaii. What are my shipping charges?
Shipping charges on orders delivered outside the 48 contiguous United States and Canada are calculated on a case-by-case basis and shown during the checkout process. Simply place your order online to get a real-time shipping quote or call us and we'll be happy to assist you.
I'm in Canada. When will I receive my order and how will it ship?
Brondell ships all Canadian orders within 1-2 business days out of our Toronto, Ontario warehouse and allows approximately 2-6 days for delivery. Expedited shipping is available as an option during checkout. While many orders ship UPS Standard, in some instances your order will ship best way possible, which can include Canada Post, Purolator, etc. If you need assistance with an expedited order, please call us to confirm shipping times.
I'm in Canada. Is my total listed in USD or CAD?
All costs are listed and processed in USD.
I'm in Canada. Do I have to pay for additional duties and taxes to receive my shipment?
The total due at checkout is your final cost and there are no additional fees. For your convenience, Brondell ships orders directly from our warehouse in Toronto, ON to destinations within Canada. This eliminates the expensive brokerage and other fees associated with shipping across the border and speeds up shipping time significantly. We also calculate and collect all applicable GST, PST and HST at time of checkout to make the process quick and simple.
