United States Shipping Origin and Delivery Times
Most US orders will ship from our IL or CA warehouses via FedEx or USPS. Given current shelter in place orders, processing may take a bit longer, and we appreciate your patience in advance. After order processing is complete, standard shipping will take 5-12 business days. Please note that processing can take up to 1-4 business days depending on when in the day you place your order. We provide you tracking information directly once your product has shipped.
Note: Brondell does not ship directly to PO boxes in the USA or Canada, as these units do not have adequate means for delivery, storage, or pickup.
Please be aware that your tracking number may not immediately show movement as FedEx and UPS may generate the label prior to shipping. This is normal, and your tracking status will update within 24-48 hours once the initial scan updates into their systems. On weekends, you may not see changes to your tracking number until Monday. If you have not seen changes to your tracking status in 4-5 business days, please contact us so that we can communicate with our fulfillment partners to locate your package's status.
At this time, all carriers are experiencing delays and it may take longer than normal to receive your parcels(s). Brondell will not be shipping order replacements for orders until at least 5 business days after shipment to allow time for carriers to deliver.
Alaska, Hawaii & International Shipping
Shipping fees for orders being sent outside of the 48 contiguous United States and Canada are calculated on a case-by-case basis and are shown during the checkout process. Simply place your order online to get a real-time shipping quote or reach out to our support team for assistance.
Inclement Weather Advisory
Deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to inclement weather (snow storms, etc.), including natural disasters. Please check directly with the delivery carrier for your order if your package has been delayed. Brondell is not responsible for unexpected delays caused by inclement weather or delivery carrier service interruptions, and we will not issue refunds (full or partial) should these circumstances arise.
Signature Required at Delivery
In some cases, we may require a signature at time of delivery. If you are unavailable to sign and receive your shipment after 3 attempts, the shipping carrier will return your order to our warehouse. Please be aware that you will be responsible for all restocking shipping fees for products that are returned to our warehouse.
