Canadian orders now ship directly from Toronto, ON. All duties, taxes, and fees are calculated during checkout so there are no surprise fees due at time of delivery.
Brondell ships orders directly from our warehouse in Toronto, ON to Canadian destinations. This eliminates expensive brokerage and other fees associated with shipping across the US/CA border and speeds up shipping time significantly. We also calculate and collect all applicable GST, PST, and HST at the time of checkout. The total due at checkout is your final cost, and there are no additional fees.
Please note: all pricing is listed in US dollars and all payment processing is in US dollars.
Brondell will process all Canadian orders as quickly as possible and within 1 to 4 business days. After order processing is complete, standard shipping may take from 5-12 business days for delivery. While many orders ship UPS or FedEx Standard Ground, in some instances your order will ship in the best, most efficient way possible, which can include Canada Post, Purolator, or other carriers. We provide the tracking information once the product has shipped so you will always know the status of your order.
Please be aware that your tracking number may not immediately be valid or show any movement on the shipment. Sometimes UPS or Fedex may only show a “label created” status at the early stages of the shipment. This is normal and the tracking status will usually update within 24-48 hours once the shipment is scanned and updated in their system. If it is a weekend, then please wait until Monday to check the tracking number for status update. If your tracking status has not changed in 4 - 5 business days from the date you received tracking information, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist in tracking your order. At this time, all carriers are experiencing delays and it may take longer to receive any packages; Brondell will not be shipping any replacements for orders until at least 5 business days after shipment to allow time for carriers to deliver.

Sutro Shipping Policy
Basic Delivery is included with your purchase of Sutro Integrated Smart Bidet Toilet and includes:
- delivery scheduling via telephone call and 4-hour delivery window
- delivery to covered space (garage, carport, etc)
- signature required
Delivery inside the home is not included with your purchase and requires an additional fee—this can be selected during the checkout process.
Customers are expected to check the shipment for signs of damage to Sutro or packaging before signing for delivery. Do not sign for damaged items. Claims from damaged and/or missing items must be received by Brondell within 48 hours of delivery via email or phone.
For US customers: Delivery is available in the contiguous United States only; Sutro cannot be shipped to HI, AK, or PR.
For Canadian customers: Delivery is available to lower territories only; Sutro cannot be shipped to New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon.
