Are bidet attachments compatible with my toilet?
Attachments are compatible with all standard two-piece toilet fixtures and even fit many contoured one-piece toilets. All attachments are manufactured with high-quality ABS plastic and have full body panels, making them simple to keep clean.
Do I need an electrical outlet?
Nope! All bidet attachments are powered by the pressure of your toilet’s fresh water supply.
What installation is required?
Bidet attachments are a snap to install – usually requiring 20 minutes or less. Installation videos can be found under each model’s product page or in the support installation videos HERE.
Only use the provided installation hardware
Please contact us if you need alternate parts for your installation, we provide approved alternate hardware as needed. Substituting with unapproved or third-party parts will void your warranty, and Brondell will not be held liable for damages.
What are the plumbing requirements for bidet attachments?
Depending on the type of attachment you buy; whether it’s a dual-temp model or an ambient, single-temp, model, you may need a hot water hook up at the sink nearest your toilet. For all ambient single temp models, you simply need the standard freshwater connection by your toilet tank and a two-piece toilet system with a fill valve. Most toilets in the US have this type of plumbing orientation.
Are attachments compatible with seat elevators?
At this time, none of our attachments are compatible with seat elevators.
I have a skirted toilet with no access to the tank. How do I install the bidet attachment?
All of our bidet attachments come with all of the plumbing and mounting hardware necessary to install the bidet on a traditional toilet. However, many modern toilets have sleek designs intended to cover and camouflage plumbing connections, which make a typical installation difficult or impossible. For this, we recommend ordering a FreshSpa model with a 3/8-inch T-valve.
