Water looks cloudy after installation
When water filters are first installed, it is common to see tiny bubbles in the filtered water. With enough bubbles, the water can appear somewhat cloudy. This is due to trapped air inside of the carbon pores of the filters. These bubbles are released over time and will quickly reduce in a day or two, when more water is filtered through the system.
Water filter replacement
The Circle Reverse Osmosis System includes a chrome faucet with an integrated LED filter change indicator. The faucet tracks water used (up to 475 gallons) and time passed (6 months). Whichever comes first will cause the indicator to change and let you know it is time for new filters.
The Capella Reverse Osmosis system includes a chrome air-gap faucet with an integrated LED filter change indicator. The faucet tracks water used (up to 300 gallons) and time passed (6 months). Whichever comes first will cause the indicator to change and let you know it is time for new filters.
Important Filter Information: If this product is used with poor water quality, the filters may need to be changed a few months in advance depending on usage.
Slow flow
The Circle is a pump-less system, which means that the flow rate is dependent on the incoming water pressure of your home. If you are at a lower pressure, the expected flow rate from the faucet will also be lower. The expected flow rate from the Circle is approximately 4 cups per minute.
If you are experiencing flow issues below these parameters, give these steps a try:
- First, open the faucet and drain the tank until the tank is empty. When the water has slowed to a dribble, turn off the faucet and then turn off the water supply under the sink.
- Please disconnect and then reconnect all 1/4" quick connections to and from the RO system.
- Now, uninstall and then reinstall the water filters and RO membrane. Next, turn your water supply back on and make sure that the water supply shut-off valve and diverter t-valve are on all the way.
- After doing so, flush the RO system again for 5 to 10 minutes, then allow the bladder to refill for 60 to 90 minutes and check the water flow again.
