Which of your bidet attachments are non-electric?
All of Brondell’s bidet attachments are non-electric.
How are bidet attachments powered?
Bidet attachments are powered directly by your home's water pressure. Incoming water pressure in your pipes enables you to start a wash and adjust the water pressure by turning the control dial.
How do I dry off?
Pat dry with a bit of TP or a washcloth. After you’re all done washing simply pat dry with a few squares or toilet paper to finish the job. You will still be reducing your TP usage by up to 75%! Some people use reusable washcloths for an even more sustainable practice.
How safe is the clear plastic hot hose for the Dual Temperature bidet attachments?
For the FreshSpa Comfort+ (FSR-25), SouthSpa Single Nozzle (LH-20), SouthSpa Dual Nozzle (LH-22), and the PureSpa Dual (PSW-75), and the Side Mounted Bidet (SMB-25) the hot tubing is specially manufactured with thermoplastic polyurethane, capable of withstanding temperatures of 70 degrees Celsius at 156.2 psi. These specifications should work for most home installations.
How do the Dual Temperature bidet attachments get hot water? Do they heat the water?
The Dual Temperature bidet attachments hook up to the hot water supply at your sink in your bathroom. Since they are non-electric they are unable to heat water on their own and depend on the home’s water source.
Can I use Ambient Temperature bidet attachments with hot water?
Our single temperature Bidet Attachments can only be used with cold water. We have similar dual temperature models that use both hot and cold water. Please take a look at our Dual Temperature Bidet Attachments: FSR-25, LH-20, LH-22, SMB-25 and PSW-75.
Is it possible to use my Dual Temperature bidet with only cold water?
Yes! To use the FreshSpa Dual Temperature bidet (FSW-20) with only cold water, only hook up the cold water side. For the PureSpa Dual Temperature bidet (PSW-75), SouthSpa Single Nozzle (LH-20), SouthSpa Dual Nozzle (LH-22), and Side Mounted Bidet (SMB-25), cover the hot water connection at the back of the bidet with the Hot Water Supply Cap that came with your bidet.
What is the difference between Front and Rear washes?
Front wash is for women, with a nozzle that is angled slightly more upward and with a softer spray. Rear wash is for all users.
Do the nozzles ever "get in the way"?
Nope! The nozzles are only extended during a wash; all other times they are tucked away behind the nozzle guard.
How do the nozzles stay clean?
Select either the Front or Rear nozzle and turn the dial to the Nozzle Cleaning indicator if your attachment has this feature. This will start a rush of water to flow through and over the nozzle, keeping it clean and ready for use. Please note, bidet attachments without a Nozzle Cleaning feature will require manual cleaning.
Where are Brondell's Bidet Attachments made?

Are Bidet Attachments compatible with seat risers?
