What if I need alternate hardware?

Please contact us if you need alternate parts for your installation, as we provide approved alternate hardware as needed. Using third-party parts may damage or prevent the PureSpa from working properly. For that reason, substituting unapproved parts will void your warranty, and Brondell will not be held liable for damages.
