- Manually pull down the nozzles, exposing the nozzle cap (this is the large section at the tip of the nozzle).
- Remove the cap, taking care not to drop it into the toilet.
- Run a wash for one minute (note that the bidet attachment will shoot directly into the toilet bowl).
- Reattach the nozzle cap and use the bidet as intended.
