If the T-Valve or bidet hose is leaking, please take the following steps:
- Check that the washer in the T-Valve is properly inserted with the “lipped” side up.
- Check if Teflon tape/plumber's tape was used when installing the T-Valve; if not, re-install using plumber’s tape.
- Make sure the fittings are firmly tightened by hand.
