If the T-valve is leaking, please take the following steps:
- Check that the washer in the T-valve is properly inserted with the “lipped” side up.
- Check if Teflon tape/plumber's tape was used when installing the T-valve; if not, re-install using plumber’s tape.
- Make sure the fittings are firmly tightened by hand.
If the above steps do not correct the issue, please contact Brondell Customer Support.
If the bidet hose connections are leaking, please take the following steps:
- Check if the leak is coming from the fittings or the hose itself.
- If water is leaking at the fitting, use Teflon tape/plumber’s tape to wrap the fitting.
- Make sure the fittings are firmly tightened by hand.
If the above steps do not correct the issue, if the leaking is from the hose itself, or for leaks from underneath or inside the bidet seat, please contact Brondell Customer Support for further assistance.
