The ⅞" cold water T-Valve included with your bidet is designed to install directly under your toilet tank at the fill valve, not at the shut-off valve at the wall. Follow the flexible water supply hose to the bottom of your toilet tank and unscrew it from the toilet. This is where the ⅞" T-Valve is installed. If you have a skirted toilet or limited access to the area under your toilet tank, please contact Brondell Customer Support.
