Vivaspring Shower Filter Troubleshooting

• Fittings are not firmly tightened.
• Teflon tape (Plumber's Tape) has not been applied to the fittings.
• Too much Teflon Tape has been applied to the fittings.
• The fittings are cracked.

1. Remove existing Teflon tape and clean the fitting.
2. Apply 1 or 2 layers of fresh tape to the fittings.
3. Confirm the showerhead/inline filter is firmly hand-tightened.
4. Inspect fittings for any cracks/damage.
5. Contact Brondell Customer Support.

• The two halves have not been firmly tightened.
• The filter has not been changed on time, and is at capacity. 

• Confirm the two halves are firmly hand-tightened.
• Replace your filter.

• Fittings have been over-tightened.
• *A heavy/metal handshower has been installed with the product.

• Contact Brondell Customer Support.
• *Seek an alternative showerhead.

• The flow restrictor has been removed.
• Hard water deposits have built up in the ball fitting.

• Reinstall the flow restrictor.
• Contact Brondell Customer Support.

• Strong cleaning chemicals have been used.

1. Stop the use of current cleaners.
2. Use gentle, non-acidic or abrasive cleaners.
