Do I need a receipt to return an item?
Yes, you will need your Brondell Order number to initiate a return with our Support Team.
Can I return items that have been opened or used?
Most items may be returned if opened. However, due to the hygienic nature of our products, once an item has been used, it is no longer eligible for return.
How long will it take to process my return?
Once received, returns are processed within 24-48 business hours.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes. You may use your own label or request a flat-rate label from the Brondell Support team. If you want to use your own label, please ensure you have an active RMA number. To acquire this, please contact Brondell Customer Support.
How long does it take to receive a refund for my return?
Once your return is received and processed, your refund should be credited within 5-10 business days.
Can I have store credit instead of a refund?
No, Brondell does not offer store credit. All refunds are credited to the bank account used at the time of payment.
Why was I charged a restocking fee?
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee to offset our shipping, handling, warehouse, and re-boxing costs.
