Brondell manufactures select Swash models for our international customers in countries using 220V/50hz outlets. Important: The frequency at which the Swash will be installed must be 50Hz. If the outlet frequency is not 50Hz, the product will not work. The Swash cannot be used with a power converter unless both voltage (220V) and frequency (50Hz) match the specifications.

220V/50hz Outlet Requirements
The 220V versions of the Brondell Swash S1400 bidet seats have a Type F CEE 7/7 plug. Modification or removal of the power cord voids the warranty. Brondell is not responsible for any damages or losses caused by modifying or removing the power cord.
Plumbing Requirements
The 220V version of the Brondell Swash S1400 bidet seat comes with a 3/8” standard t-valve (for water inlet connection) and a 1/2” standard bidet hose (for seat connection). Your plumbing requirements may vary. Brondell recommends measuring your toilet with our compatibility guide below and measuring your plumbing's fittings to ensure that proper adapters (if needed) are available to you before you purchase your Swash.

Brondell is not responsible for any duties, taxes, broker fees, customs fees or other international charges that may apply. All pricing is in US dollars and we only accept payment in US dollars through Paypal.
Our standard warranty and returns policies apply to international orders. Please note that our service center is currently located in California, United States and any shipping costs for warranty repair or return is the responsibility of the purchaser. We are not responsible for damaged or lost shipments or shipping delays.
Once we receive your inquiry, Brondell will reply with shipping quotes from available carriers. Possible carriers include UPS, FedEx, TNT, USPS.
