| Leaking from the sprayhead. |
- Loose sprayhead.
- Damaged internal cartridge.

- Tighten the sprayhead by hand so that the gasket compresses.
- Re-check for leaks.
- If the leak persists, the internal cartridge may be damaged. Please contact Brondell Support for assistance.

| Water will not shut off after turning the handle to the off position. |
The cartridge may be damaged. |
- Turn off the water supply
- Using the instructions found on page 10, remove the handle.
- Inspect the cartridge for damage.
- Contact Brondell Support for assistance.

| Pull-down hose not working. |
- Hose may be obstructed or tangled.
- The counterweight is not placed in the proper location.
|
- Untangle the hose and remove any objects that may be obstructing the movement of the hose.
- Check to make sure the counterweight is properly aligned directly above the weight placement marker.
