Issue Possible Cause Troubleshooting Steps
Water pressure is low. 
  1. Debris buildup in the filter screen.
  2. Debris buildup in the aerator filter.
 To fix, see the section titled “Cleaning the Sprayhead Filter Screen” and "Cleaning the Aerator Filter" on page 11 of the Owner's Manual for instructions.
Leaking from the sprayhead or handle.
  1. Loose sprayhead.
  2. Damaged internal cartridge.
  1. Tighten the sprayhead by hand so that the gasket compresses. 
  2. Re-check for leaks.
  3. If the leak persists, the internal cartridge may be damaged. Please contact Brondell Support for assistance. 
Water will not shut off after turning the handle to the off position. The cartridge may be damaged. 
  1. Turn off the water supply
  2. Using the instructions found on page 13, remove the handle.
  3. Inspect the cartridge for damage.
  4. Contact Brondell Support for assistance.
Pull-down hose not working.
  1. Hose may be obstructed or tangled.
  2. The counterweight is not placed in the proper location.
  1. Untangle the hose and remove any objects that may be obstructing the movement of the hose.
  2. Check to make sure the counterweight is properly aligned directly above the weight placement marker.
Sensor light is flashing continuously. .
Batteries are depleted. 		 When the sensor flashes 10 times continuously and slowly, the batteries need to be replaced.
Sensor not working.  Batteries are not installed correctly. Check to make sure batteries are installed properly and do not need to be replaced. See page 8 of the Owner's Manual for instructions.
