1st: Confirm your product is under warranty.
Our products feature an array of different warranties and coverage that begins from the date of purchase. Please check your Owner's Manual to confirm how long your warranty is. Please note, if you purchased an Open Box product from Brondell.com your product will only have a 1-year warranty, regardless of what the manual states.
Next, locate your proof of purchase or Brondell.com order number to provide to Brondell Customer Support to register/validate your warranty.
If your product is out of warranty, that's okay! Our Support team will strive to assist you regardless of your product's warranty status.
