1st: Check your Return/Exchange eligibility
For your product to be eligible for return it must be:
- Must be purchased directly from Brondell.com - Brondell is unable to process returns/exchanges for 3rd party sellers. If your product was purchased from a 3rd party seller (e.g: Costco, Amazon, Walmart) return requests must be made with the seller.
- Within 30 days of purchase - If your product is more than 30 days old, your product is not eligible for return.
- Unused and never installed - If your product has been fully unpackaged and used, your product is no longer eligible for return/exchange.
