To cancel your order, please contact Brondell Support as soon as possible via phone or our Contact Us form with your Brondell order number.
Brondell is only able to cancel orders that have not been fulfilled.
Brondell typically can only cancel orders within 24 hours of the order being placed.
Brondell orders are finalized daily (Mon-Fri) at 10 AM PST or 1 PM EST.
Brondell orders placed after 10 AM PST on a Friday will not be processed until the following business day.
If your order has already been fulfilled and cannot be canceled, your order can still be returned under our Return Policy.
