| Gap between toilet seat and toilet |

Check the underside of your toilet seat, if it is concave or recessed your toilet seat is incompatible and needs to be replaced with a seat that has a flat bottom.

| Will not spray water |

We suggest cleaning your bidet's seat with a 50/50 mixture of water and rubbing alcohol, or using Dawn dish soap or Simple Green cleaning solution to clean the nozzle.
