Lumawarm L60 Heated Seat Troubleshooting

• The toilet seat or lid is unable to remain open at an angle of at least 95 degrees.

• The Lumawarm is not plugged in.
  
  
• The Lumawarm does not have sufficient power.

1. Ensure the GFCI outlet is reset.
   
   
2. Test the Lumawarm on another outlet on a different circuit.
   
   

If the above steps do not correct the issue, please contact Brondell Customer Support using our Contact Form.

• The Lumawarm is installed too far back on the toilet. The toilet is obstructing the nightlight.
  
  
• The LED is no longer functioning.
  
  
• The Lumawarm does not have sufficient power.

1. Remove the Lumawarm from the toilet seat and test the nightlight.
   
   
2. If the nightlight doesn't illuminate, test the Lumawarm on another outlet on a different circuit.

• The Lumawarm is not plugged in.

1. Ensure the heated seat is set to the highest temperature setting.
   
   
2. Test the Lumawarm on another outlet on a different circuit.

• The Lumawarm is not correctly installed.
  
  
• The seat or lid has been forced down instead of allowing it to close slowly on its own.
  
  
• The bumpers are not making contact with the toilet. (the toilet is not level)
  
  
• The Lumawarm has been installed on a toilet that is too big or too small for it. 

• The seat or lid has broken.
  
  
• The internal slow-close dampener has failed.
