| Wash will not start |
- The Seat Sensor is not activated.
- The water supply is not open.

- Turn off the water supply and disconnect the hose from the bidet.
- Remove the mesh filter from the water inlet and clean it as needed to clear any clogs. Refer to the Maintenance section of your Owner's Manual for instructions. Reinstall the Mesh Filter and hose once complete.
- Check your water supply valve under the toilet to ensure it is fully open.
- Lift the bidet top off the porcelain base. Make sure the hoses are not kinked.
- Make sure water is flowing to your bidet by using the "Nozzle Cleaning" button.

Complete a factory reset.
- Unplug the bidet for at least 10 seconds.
- Take a seat on the bidet and try to start a wash cycle.

| Low water pressure |
- The water supply is not open.
- The Mesh Filter is clogged.
- The highest pressure setting is not selected.

- Turn off the water supply and disconnect the hose from the bidet.
- Remove the mesh filter from the water inlet and clean it as needed to clear any clogs. Refer to the Maintenance section of your Owner's Manual for instructions. Reinstall the Mesh Filter and hose once complete.
- Check your water supply valve under the toilet to ensure it is fully open.

| Leaking |
- The T-valve washer was not installed.
- Teflon tape was not applied during installation.

For T-valve and hose leaks:
- Turn off the water supply and disconnect the fittings of the leaking part.

Check the washers to ensure they are not damaged or missing.
- If they are damaged or missing, please contact Brondell Support for further assistance.
- Clean the fittings appropriately and remove old Teflon tape.
- Apply 1-2 layers of new Teflon tape to the leaking fitting.
- Slowly turn the water back on and check for leaks.

| Broken Seat or Lid |
- The seat or lid has been forced down instead of allowing it to close slowly on its own.

| Discoloration |
- Home or beauty products have been left in contact with the seat.

We suggest cleaning your bidet's seat with a 50/50 mixture of water and rubbing alcohol, or using Dawn dish soap or Simple Green cleaning solution for future preventative care.

| Dryer not working |
- The dryer flap is stuck closed due to a buildup of grime.
- The Seat Sensor is not activated.

- Using a 50/50 mixture of water and rubbing alcohol, or using Dawn dish soap or Simple Green cleaning solution with a Q-tip or soft cloth, clean the dryer flap and dryer port.

Complete a factory reset.
- Unplug the bidet for at least 10 seconds.
- Sit down and start a dry cycle, check if there is any airflow.

| Dryer bad smell |
- Grime has built up in the dryer port.

Using a 50/50 mixture of water and rubbing alcohol, or a cleaning solution such as Dawn dish soap or Simple Green, and a Q-tip or soft cloth, clean the dryer flap and dryer port.

| Seat is not warm |
- Eco Mode is turned on.
- The seat heater is not on the highest setting.
|
- Turn off Eco Mode by pressing and holding the "Water Temperature" button for 3 seconds. If you wish to continue using Eco Mode, wait 3-5 minutes after being seated for the seat to heat back up to the desired setting.
- Confirm you have set the seat heater to the highest setting.

Complete a factory reset.
- Unplug the bidet for at least 10 seconds.

| Remote control is not working |
- The remote is not paired.
- The batteries have died.
|
- Check the batteries and replace them as needed.

Re-pair the remote to the bidet:

Unplug the bidet from the wall outlet.

Hold the stop button on the remote for a minimum of 6 seconds until the LED indicator lights on the remote start to flash.

While the lights are flashing, plug the bidet back into the wall outlet.

The remote lights will stop flashing, indicating the remote has been paired.

| No water flow |
- The hoses were incorrectly installed.
- The water supply is not turned on.

- Shut off the water supply and unplug the bidet.
- Review the Installation section of your Owner's Manual and ensure all hoses are correctly installed.

Disconnect the T-valve and check all openings for blockages, clean as needed.
- Reinstall the T-valve once complete.
- Check your water supply valve under the toilet to ensure it is fully open.

Complete a factory reset.
- Unplug the bidet for at least 10 seconds.
- Check to see if water is flowing to your bidet by using the "Nozzle Cleaning" button.

| Automatic flush issues |
- The water supply is not turned on.
