| Particles In Water |
- Black particles can be found for a short while after a filter change as trace amounts of carbon escape the filter.
- The drinking glass is not clean.
|
If you are experiencing high volumes of carbon in your water, please contact Brondell Customer Support for assistance. |
| Turbidity/Cloudiness |
- If the cloudiness dissipates after about a minute, this is simply air trapped in the filters and should stop within about 1 week.
- Damaged filter.
|
- Confirm the issue. Let the glass sit for 60 seconds.
- If it dissipates, it is simply air trapped in the filter that should be completely flushed out in about 7 days.
If the issue persists, or is not trapped air, please contact Brondell Customer Support for assistance.

Important TDS Information
The Circle is a Reverse Osmosis filter. This product will reduce any contaminant larger than .0001 microns in diameter. It will not reduce contaminants smaller than this (these may still be read by a TDS meter) and will struggle to reduce the TDS it is designed to address if filters are not changed on time.
For more information about what our Circle filter can reduce, please see our WQA-certified Performance Data sheet.
Product owners with hard water, well water, or a home water softener may need to change their filters 1-3 months earlier, depending on water quality and usage.
