| Water Will Not Flow |
- The sink's water supply is closed.
- The product's T-Valve is closed.
- The lines have been installed incorrectly.

- Ensure the water supply and T-Valve are open.

| Leaking |
- The T-valve washer was not installed.
- The quick-connect fitting is not properly secured.
- The filters are not properly secured.
- A water line is not adequately secured.
- A water line is damaged and needs to be trimmed.

- Inspect all filters, lines, and connections for damage and contact Customer Support for further assistance.
|
| Leaking Faucet Air Gap |
- The black drain line is sagging or is looped and has not been trimmed to accommodate your installation.
- The black drain line is clogged due to its proximity to the garbage disposal
|
- Trim excess drain line to remove all sagging, looping, etc., to provide the most direct route for the water to drain.
- Check and clear the drain line of any debris regularly to prevent clogging.
|
| Low Pressure |
- The minimum water pressure requirement of 35 psi is not met.
- The unit is not correctly installed.
- The T-Valve or water supply is not fully open.
- The system is supplying multiple appliances.
- Sediment build-up inside the filters due to missed filter change(s).

- Ensure the water supply and T-valve are all open.
- Check the age of your filters.

| Bad Taste/Smell |
- Reverse Osmosis systems naturally make the water taste slightly bitter, as the minerals are being removed in the filtration process.
- Filters have not been changed on time.
- Filters have not been changed early due to poor water quality.
- The system is being used with water that is coming from a well or a river.

Check the age of your filters. The RF-30 can last up to 6 months. The RF-50 can last up to 24 months.
|
| Particles In Water |
- Black particles can be found for a short while after a filter change as trace amounts of carbon escape the filter.
- The drinking glass is not clean.

| Turbidity/Cloudiness |
- If the cloudiness dissipates after about a minute, this is simply air trapped in the filters and should stop within about 1 week.
- Damaged filter.

- Confirm the issue. Let the glass sit for 60 seconds.
- If it dissipates, it is simply air trapped in the filter that should be completely flushed out in about 7 days.

| Light Turns Red Early |
- The system has used 300 gallons of water and requires a filter change.
- The battery was not changed during the last filter change.
- The indicator may be corroded/damaged.

| Strange Noises |
- The system is supplying multiple appliances, and the system's ability to regulate pressure may be compromised.
- Filters have not been changed on time.

- Uninstall all additional appliances.
- Check the age of your filters. The RF-30 can last up to 6 months. The RF-50 can last up to 24 months.

| Draining For A Long Time |
- Filters have not been changed on time.
- The system is supplying multiple appliances, and the system's ability to regulate pressure may be compromised.
