How are bidet attachments powered?
Bidet attachments are completely non-electric and are pressurized directly by your home's water pressure. Incoming water pressure in your pipes enables you to start a wash and adjust the water pressure by turning the control dial.
How do I operate a bidet attachment?
Simply turn the wash knob forward or backward, depending on your model, to start your wash or nozzle cleaning!
How do I dry off?
Pat dry with a bit of TP or a washcloth. After you’re all done washing, simply pat dry with a few squares of toilet paper to finish the job. You will still be reducing your TP usage by up to 75%! Some people use reusable washcloths for an even more sustainable practice, and Brondell offers machine-washable bamboo towels to ensure you have a reliable, comfortable, and eco-friendly option here!
How safe is the clear plastic hot hose for the Dual Temperature bidet attachments?
The hot tubing is specially manufactured with thermoplastic polyurethane, capable of withstanding temperatures of 70 degrees Celsius at 156.2 psi.
How do the Dual Temperature bidet attachments get hot water? Do they heat the water?
The Dual Temperature bidet attachments hook up to a hot water supply within 6 feet of the bidet. Typically, this would be the sink in your bathroom. Since they are non-electric, they are unable to heat water on their own and depend on the home’s water source.
Can I use Ambient bidet attachments with hot water?
No, our Ambient bidet attachments are not designed to be connected to a hot water source.
Is it possible to use my Dual Temperature bidet with only cold water?
Yes! To use our dual temperature bidet attachments with only cold/ambient water, hook up the cold water connection. Use the Hot Water Supply Cap that came with your bidet and cover the hot water connection. This will convert your Dual Temperature bidet into an Ambient Temperature bidet until a hot water connection can be sourced.
Do the nozzles ever "get in the way"?
No, the wash wands are only extended during the cleaning cycle. At all other times, they are housed inside the unit to avoid being contaminated.
How do the nozzles stay clean?
Select either the Front or Rear nozzle and turn the dial to the Nozzle Cleaning indicator if your attachment has this feature. This will start a rush of water to flow through and over the nozzle, keeping it clean and ready for use. Please note, bidet attachments without a Nozzle Cleaning feature will require manual cleaning.
Are Bidet Attachments compatible with seat risers?
No, none of our SpaSuite bidet attachments are compatible with seat risers/seat elevators.
What is the weight limit for SpaSuite attachments?

If you have a medical condition that a hygienic bidet toilet seat can help with, then your doctor may be able to prescribe a bidet for you, and you may be eligible to receive insurance coverage for it. Please contact your doctor to see what options are best for you.
How do I clean/maintain my bidet?
Swash seats are made of germ-resistant ABS plastic. They should be cleaned with a soft, wet cloth and a gentle cleaner. DO NOT USE strong chemicals to clean our bidet products. Do not leave chemicals in contact with the seat for extended periods of time, as it will cause physical damage to the finish.
