Sprayers are compatible with all standard two-piece toilet fixtures and even fit many contoured one-piece toilets with an unobstructed fill valve. If you are unable to access your toilet's fill valve, this product is not compatible with your toilet.
How do I dry off?
Pat dry with a bit of TP or a washcloth. After you’re all done washing, simply pat dry with a few squares of toilet paper to finish the job. You will still be reducing your TP usage by up to 75%! Some people use reusable washcloths for an even more sustainable practice, and Brondell offers machine-washable bamboo towels to ensure you have a reliable, comfortable, and eco-friendly option here!
How are handheld bidets powered?
Handheld bidets are completely non-electric and are pressurized directly by your home's water pressure.
How do I operate a handheld bidet?
Simply turn the T-valve knob to the on position, aim, and press the button/tab on the sprayer! Once your wash is complete, turn off the sprayer and turn the T-valve knob into the off position to stop the water flow. Failure to close the T-valve after each use will damage the product over time.
What does the lever on the provided T-valve do?
Our Handheld bidets will require the T-valve lever to be shut off after each use to prevent damage to the bidet and to prevent leaks. Failure to close the T-valve after each use will damage the product over time.

If you have a medical condition that a hygienic bidet toilet seat can help with, then your doctor may be able to prescribe a bidet for you, and you may be eligible to receive insurance coverage for it. Please contact your doctor to see what options are best for you.
How do I clean/maintain my handheld bidet?
Our handheld bidets, depending on which version you purchase, are made of germ-resistant ABS plastic or stainless steel. They should be cleaned with a soft, wet cloth and a gentle cleaner. DO NOT USE strong chemicals to clean our bidet products. Do not leave chemicals in contact with the seat for extended periods of time, as it will cause physical damage to the finish.
